By assessing this website or booking a service with Repair Squad, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

Repair Squad is an independent, third-party home appliance service provider located in Coimbatore. We diagnose, repair, and service household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, and microwave ovens.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Our technicians will provide an estimate after diagnosing the appliance issue. The final cost may vary if additional unexpected problems are discovered during the repair process. You have the right to accept or reject the estimate before repair work begins. An inspection/visiting fee may apply regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a limited warranty on specific spare parts used during the repair, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Labor may also carry a limited guarantee period which will be specified on your invoice. Damage caused by improper use, power fluctuations, or external factors following repair are strictly excluded.

5. Limitation of Liability

Repair Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
